The symbolic meanings of dragonflies are particularly associated in Asian and Native American circles. As a creature of the wind, the dragonlfy totem represents change. As a creature of the water they represent the subconscious, or “dreaming” state. Some of the other symbolisms of dragonflies are prosperity, good luck, strength, courage, peace, harmony and purity.
