What better combination – sterling silver sun and moon – with four beautiful pieces of Baltic amber floating among the rays of the sun. Sterling silver…about 1 1/8″ wide….Stunning!!!!
Jim and Marsha Treacey started working with glasss as a weekend hobby, but now it has become their passion! They started working with glass in 1998 creating things as intricate as beautiful stained glass panels to suncatchers. As their interest in the glass world evolved, they acquired an interest in fused glass art work and have been totally intrigued by dichroic glass!
Through experimentation and "accidents," through the years, they have developed techniques that involve layering dichroic with other art glass, achieving vibrant colors, textures, depth and originality.
